Terms of Business

1. By making any purchase at the store you are entering a contract with Vintage Press Ltd, whose registered office is situated at Kemp House 152 – 160, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, company registration number 12729338 (Vintage Press).

2. Upon checkout you will be asked for your personal details, including your email address. Your details will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed, at which time you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you spot any discrepancies in your email, please contact us via our contact form immediately.

4. Vintage Press can withdraw from the contract in the case of an obvious error. Vintage Press will contact you by email to correct any errors. You will not be required to enter a new contract in such instance.

5.1. If you are an individual and are not making your purchase on behalf of a business, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from purchase without indicating a reason and you will be entitled to a full refund.

5.2. If you already received your order before the 14-day period expires, you can still cancel your order. However, you will be obligated to return the unpacked product to Vintage Press before we can issue you a refund.

5.2. Please bear in mind that some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. This means that the delivery of the product is delayed according to its description. This does not affect your right to cancel your order within 14 days from purchase.

5.4. You will be refunded within 30 days after cancellation or, where applicable, following receipt of a returned product.

5.5. If you decide to cancel your order according to the above, please notify Vintage Press in writing.

6. From time to time we will introduce discount codes to the public. Everyone is free to use them. However, please bear in mind they will be limited in time and/or number. If your discount code does not work, please check the spelling. If it still does not work, it means it has expired or has been depleted.

7.1. Vintage Press will aim to post your order directly or arrange a courier for your order within 2 working days following receipt of your payment. If there are any delays in the delivery of your product, you will be notified by email.

7.2. If the shipping address is outside the United Kingdom, the addressee of the goods will be indicated as a declarant and importer. This would make you responsible for any customs payments, tax duties and sales taxes in the country of destination, if applicable. Vintage Press has no control over any payments imposed by the country of destination. Before purchasing any of our products, please check with your local authorities to see whether you are obligated to pay any fees for online orders. Vintage Press is not liable to issue a refund in case of any negligence on your part to fulfil your duties as a declarant and/or importer that may cause the product to not reach its destination.

7.3. Please bear in mind that some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. This means the delivery of the product is delayed according to the description of the product. In such a case your order will be shipped as soon as it is available.

8.1. If your goods are damaged or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity or if they have not reached you within 30 days of shipment, please contact us via our contact form. Our Customer Care Team will contact you for further details. Vintage Press is liable for any damages and losses only to the amount of the value of the order.

8.2. Vintage Press has no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivery of your goods, if this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8.3. Please bear in mind that some online images of our products may differ from the delivered product regarding colour tones and proportions. Vintage Press in not liable to you for such discrepancies.

8.4. Vintage Press reserves the right to change the design of any products until the release date. Therefore the final product may differ.

9. If any part of these terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which Vintage Press excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

10. These Terms of Business together with prices and delivery details set out the agreement you are entering upon Checkout.

11.1. The nature of Internet communications means that your communications may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays. Vintage Press shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents.

Vintage Press is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In addition, Vintage Press makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose of the information and related graphics published on this site or that any software or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Vintage Press howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
